Credits
What are Credits?
Credits are the balance you spend on generations. You buy them with euros, and each run shows how many Credits it costs before you start. Credits can’t be transferred to another account or paid out.
Payment
Is this a subscription?
No. Every pack is a one-time purchase in euros. Nothing renews and nothing is charged later.
How do I pay and when do Credits arrive?
By card on the payment provider’s page. Credits are added after the payment provider confirms the payment, usually within a minute.
Charges for runs
How is the price of a run calculated?
It depends on the model and the settings, such as clip length or image size. The exact number of Credits is on the Create button before you start.
What happens if a generation fails?
While a run is in progress, its Credits are reserved, not spent. If the run fails, the reservation is released and the Credits return to your balance.
Refunds
Can I get a refund?
Yes, for Credits you haven’t used. Write to payments@syntax-ai.example with the order number from your receipt, and we refund the unused part to your card. A failed or blocked run costs nothing: its Credits return to your balance on their own. Details are in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Files
How long are my results stored?
Results are kept for 3 months. Download what you want to keep. You can delete a result at any time.
Security
Is my payment secure?
Payment is processed by [Payment provider] over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Your bank may ask you to confirm it with 3-D Secure. We never receive or store your card number or security code: the receipt shows only the last four digits.
